Our Makor Excellent CM80 machine streamlines the painting process with advanced automation and smart technology. Here’s how it works:
Dust Removal: Cut and drilled wood pieces are placed on a conveyor belt where dust is blown off for a clean surface.
Smart Spraying: Interior surfaces receive one coat of paint, while exterior/exposed areas get 2–3 coats for enhanced durability.
Sensor Precision: Sensors detect gaps and stop spraying when no wood is present, reducing paint waste.
Strategic Spacing: Pieces are spaced at least 2 inches apart to ensure full side coverage.
Ventilation System: Paint aerosols are suctioned and vented through a filtered system, keeping the workspace clean and safe.
Drying & Recoating: Painted pieces are transferred to a drying conveyor, flipped, and sent through the machine again for complete coverage.
This process allows us to paint on Day 5 and assemble and ship by Day 6, keeping your projects on schedule.
